Slovenia- June 2016 Slovenian mountains and gorges was my first walking holiday; a little late in life but I need not have had any worries as the choice of walks was both enjoyable and challenging, without being impossible, for me. Spectacular views from the higher peaks made the hard work worthwhile. Alan and Chris know how to organise, so that all levels of fitness are properly accommodated e.g there were alternative walks for those who wanted something different. Very professional local guides, David and Nina, really added to the enjoyment; I never felt unsafe. I am glad I took the advice of a fellow walker to go with Secret Hills. I intend to use them again.
